"I performed an inspection in Stockbridge Ga. for a client and noticed some water stains in the vaulted ceiling of his living room. Upon further inspection to the exterior at the chimney cap, I noticed the chimney cap was not the correct size and was allowing water to enter the structure when it rained. This inspection made the client aware and informed of where the problem lay, and was able to have the chimney cap replaced saving him possibly hundreds or thousands of dollars in structural and interior repairs".
